Spurred

The End Of Spurred

I am having a serious case of vacation-itis right now, friends. On Friday I’m heading to Traverse City for a wedding and I’m itching to go right-this-second. I can’t wait to see my family and friends, and to eat my favorite local-only foods at my favorite local-only places, shop, and go swimming in the Bay. It seems silly, but I love visiting home like this in the summer, even if my schedule is keeping it brief.

Lately I’ve been feeling like I can’t remember the last time I really picked up the camera just for me, as it’s all been work related, and that has me a little cranky and feeling down. I absolutely love photography, but my love for it stemmed out of wanting to preserve my everyday life in photos, and I can’t remember the last time I photographed what I was eating or what I wore or that-bug-crossing-the-pavement. But, there is a light at the end of the tunnel because now that Spurred is officially over (well, it was over in December, but you know what I mean) I can start (and start sharing) a new project, and that has me giddy beyond belief. And of course, an adventure awaits for me at the end of the week!

And if you liked Spurred and would like to see my first 365 Project, it is here: Goodbye Miss, Hello Mrs.
(I’ll admit I just browsed through a few pages! Aww, nostalgia!)

“Presents” Dec 23rd (Day 357)

Glitter” Dec 24th (Day 358)

“Snow” Dec 25th (Day 359)

Santa didn’t bring snow for Christmas this year.

“Candy” Dec 26th (Day 360) 5

“Holiday” Dec 27th (Day 361) 4

“Cocoa” Dec 28th (Day 362) 3

“Friends” Dec 29th (Day 363) 2

“Resolution” Dec 31st (Day 365) THE END

If I ever do another 365 days project, it will be without limitations or any restrictions.

Yay, to new projects! I can’t wait to see what you do next Sara, especially as the proud new owner of the Mark III!
