Saturday was a little too hot for a bike ride, but that didn’t stop us! (No dutch bicycle yet, but I’m still set on the idea It always takes me months to finally buy something after I’ve decided I want it.)
The people who decide such things say we should be preparing for a heat wave, but all that does is remind me of Roswell. (That was a great episode!) I feel pretty tough when it comes to hot weather- I grew up on one of the Ryukyu Islands and had hair down to my bum- I ate humidity for breakfast! (Please, Mother Nature, don’t punish me for boasting!) Seriously though, I don’t mind warm temperatures- it’s a great excuse for swim suits and iced tea!
I had planned on sharing some pictures of the meal that we made on Friday, but they seem to have gone missing. Huh.
And it’s been too long since I shared one of these.
