Do you ever have one of those moments staring at a baby where you kinda get the feeling that they know exactly what’s going on, what you’re saying, and even what you’re feeling? Charlie is like that. He lays in his mother’s arms, eyes slowly moving along her face, and then exploring the room, taking it all in. Welcome to the world, Charlie. We’re happy to have you.
