I found this in the house yesterday.
The story:
Her plan was to come over on the Titanic, but there were no first class tickets left. She was considering going middle class but her husband convinced her to instead choose the R.M.S. Corsican because they still had first class available.
If she didn’t, Tom might not be here, and that would make me sad.
"Luck of the Irish" is what the family says to that.
Hi. My name is Sara, I’m twenty-four years old, my favorite color is orange, and I have an overwhelming desire to preserve my life with photos and words.

Well I’m very glad for you that she didn’t go on the Titanic.
xx
What a freaking awesome story!
one word for ya…
WOW!!!!
Love this so, so much. A lot of my family history is shrouded in darkness because my mother was adopted, so I fully appreciate (and am utterly jealous) when I see gems like this!
What an incredibly cute blog you have!
Fascinating piece of history! I guess after a near fatal decision like that, you definitely see life from a different perspective!
Wow do you just have awesome artifacts like this lying around your house? haha
That is so neat!
Wow! I love stories like that, thanks for sharing! I’m glad they were around to help Tom exist
Wow, that’s amazing! I don’t normally come over here to comment but I couldn’t resist for this one.
