I’ve been photoblogging my life online since August 2006. What first started out as a raw, almost diary-like website has sprouted and grown more comfortably into an actual blog. It was hard for me to transition from one to the other at first, as I’d been keeping an online diary for close to six years, but I think I’m getting the hang of it now. (It only took me three years.)
What I “Blog” About
This blog is about life, simply. Simply Stardust includes recipes, lifestyle tips ranging from hair styles to ways to reuse coffee grounds, beautiful food, mini blogs from my two cats Morn & Pumpkin (and their mouse friend), with me photographing practically everything along the way. Currently I’m in the middle of a 365 Days project (a portrait a day, every day, for a year) which occupies a lot of my photo-related energy and time. So far it’s proven to be one of the more difficult projects I’ve undertaken, but we’ve had a lot of good times too.
Welcome
Hi. My name is Sara, I’m twenty-four years old, my favorite color is orange, and I have an overwhelming desire to preserve my life with photos and words.
About
Perhaps it’s frivolous; painting, photographs, writing it all down.
But what if I wake tomorrow only to have forgotten everything?
