Crafts, Antique Benches, & Sweets With Tea

There are only TWO MONTHS LEFT of this project!! I’m totally doing a butt wiggle dance in anticipation for completion right now. (No really.) The photos I took for “Old” and of course “Sunset” are my favorites in this set. (If you haven’t seen it already and would like to see a few more lightning photos, they are here. My least favorite photo would be “Framed” because it’s a lot more washed out than I would have liked and doesn’t have the depth I was looking for. And for those curious, the treats in the first photo are these babies.

Random Factoids: I love pickles, in “Framed” I am taking a picture of one of my bento boxes for my sister, the “Tree” photo is not posed, and for “Dirty” I was making peach charms out of baking clay.

My wishlist (per se) for this week: finish the cookbook photographs and thus deep clean my kitchen, find a way to fix and hang up my shelf in the office, go through my wardrobe and donate clothing I no longer wear! The list is actually quite long, but in an effort to reduce the expectations I have for myself, I’ll stop there.

I hope you had a fabulous weekend and are having an even better Monday.

Sweet” (June 1st) Day 152

Busy” (June 2nd) Day 153

Sometimes you just have to eat on the go.
(It was delicious by the way, and Tom gave me that pickle.)

Framed” (June 3rd) Day 154

Tree” (June 4th) Day 155

While I’d have liked to photograph an actual tree today, it was pouring out. So instead you have Tom looking at trees standing next to the cat tree.

Old” (June 5th) Day 156

Pattern” (June 6th) Day 157

Dirty” (June 7th) Day 158

Sunset” (June 8th) Day 159

In that first picture, I thought why is there an olive in your tea? LOL! Monday morning strikes again! 🙂

I too love the perspective on the bench.

Thanks so much! And guess what? The “find a way to fix and hang up my shelf in the office” part of my wishlist is now done because I remembered what you said about the over-sized screws! It looks beautiful, so thank you. =)
