Goodbye Miss, Hello Mrs.

The End of November

I love tabletop games. Dungeons and Dragons, World of Darkness, etc. For the last week I’ve been working on my own campaign (the third installment in the series) for my D&D group that plays online via Skype every Tuesdays at 7. We played until 3am, it was awesome.

We played through the first two campaigns in person but we’ve all since moved, you know the drill. But thanks to the internet we can still "hang out", have pizza, and a really good time.

I switched all the fall themed potpourri out for it’s winter counterpart. Getting ready for winter and all.

Tom and I (as well as Bronwyn and Dani) participated in NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), where the goal is to write fifty thousand words of a novel in the month of November. Neither of us reached the end of our stories at 50,000 words, but that’s a good thing. We’re going to keep writing obviously. This is the first time I’ve finished with a group of writers, and boy it was exciting. We all finished and I made faux book covers to celebrate.

I hear it’s snowing back in Michigan but it hasn’t hit here yet. Either way, it’s definitely time for layers.
