Goodbye Miss, Hello Mrs.

The First Snow

On December 3rd I took my toe rings off- which probably doesn’t seem like a big deal, but I’ve been wearing these suckers since 05. The top ring had a blue stone in it once, but it fell out a few years ago.

It represented to me the ocean, more specifically the beaches of Okinawa, where I grew up.
I’m not sure why I felt the need to take them off, but I did.

I now have some of my very own woolen mittens, and not a minute too soon. It started becoming quite windy and I spent the entirety of our evening walks to the market with chattering teeth! Not anymore, though.

Tom and I hit the gym for the first time since moving in, which was basically walking up two flights of stairs to the penthouse floor and walking inside a different door.

Inside there are showers and his and her saunas. I ran a mile and did some weights, and Tom did the same.

The first snow came on the ninth and stayed. It’s amazing how the winter colors set in with photos, too.

This was called “winter light” and was styled after it’s autumn counterpart.
