On Sunday we went to see Bronwyn for a spring nature expedition. We scouted animal tracks, discovered a fox den, rode in a canoe, stumbled upon a coyote kill spot, and made nests for the local wildlife. Hello, Spring. So nice to see you again.

11 Apr 2011 at 10:13 amWhat a beautiful series! I particularly like the first photograph, the boat almost seems to emerge from the mist. I love the colour treatment incredibly, great work!

Being in a canoe reminds me of my days as a girl scout…. Yes, I was a girl scout.

great way to show the feeling of a day.
You are now in my favorites and I will follow with great pleasure.
In terms of color, I also really like the orange!

5 Apr 2011 at 10:33 amThat was SUCH a fun day and you captured it so beautifully! I’m just so sorry we couldn’t have a bite to eat after. Oh the joys of parenting a puppy! (or I need to buy a portable crate, eek!)

5 Apr 2011 at 9:04 amI love this series–the colors and scenes take me back to springs past and the unmistakable smell of the earth slowly losing its snowy blanket. Can you tell I miss the seasons?
Sara
6 Apr 2011 at 3:11 pmOh I love the season too! Every year I say to myself, “I’m going to move somewhere warm” but I know I’d miss it!
