Little Toronto Photo Club

Figs With Friends (And Lo-Fi)

We don’t really have a name for our Little Toronto Photo Club, but that’s what I’ve taken to calling it until we think of something that cleverly using some obscure photography jargon. We all met online through Flickr and then eventually Twitter and decided to do a meet up in May. This time we met up for brunch at Figs and then browsed a very adorable (and very European) store (for a later post). We talked about how much we love Instagram and laughed when we all simultaneously pulled out our phones and cameras when the food arrived. (I had the salad and fries, but they didn’t arrive until late, so my food was sadly left out of the main spread photos.) The Little Toronto Photo Club consists of Krysta, Janice, and Julie– (and me, of course). We’d like to try to meet up for brunch at least once a month, so hopefully you’ll start seeing more of our meet ups and mini-adventures.

We’re certainly going to try! I think it’s refreshing to meet up with the ladies, especially when everyone’s instinct is to pull out cameras when the food arrives.
