This is so adorable! Even down to the people inside the buildings. That is incredible. I used to do something similar with my family many, many years ago. It was one of my favorite part of the holidays…that and making Swiss cookies with grandma. =]
I wish I had done more of this. One thing my mom and the kids used to do was paint a nativity scene. We’d buy the acrylic people and paint them. I had such a good time with that. My mom was really good at it actually.
I don’t think so- as far as I know Tom’s family has had them for years and they always switch the set up every year. This year I was honored to assemble it. =)
