Not too long ago Sara and I were invited over to my father’s place in celebration of his newfound vegetarianism (Which is another story entirely.) and he made us some really, really delicious chickpea burgers.
Which was great, of course. We’re always down for some vegetarian cuisine. At least, that’s what I thought when we went over. This sentiment of it being great ended the moment I tasted the burgers. I was appalled to find that they actually tasted better than the burgers we usually make.
For obvious reasons this was completely unacceptable, so we ate as many burgers as we could, stole the recipe and have since entered into a vegetarian recipe cold war. (My father, of course, has no idea that such a war is taking place. Hopefully he doesn’t read this post and figure it out.)
Anyway, the light was absolutely perfect and both Sara and I got some amazing shots. Images 6, 7 & 8 were all taken by Sara, and the rest were taken by yours truly.

I am very thankful for the help in becoming Vegan. I was vegetarian for several years before, but I have now returned to it because it really is a healthy way to live. You guys make it fun and easy.
