2011Dancing Wings Conservatory

I’ve been working on a new film-style action set for a few months now, but it’s getting to the point where I feel like I’m pretty close to releasing them. I initially had a goal set to release them this week so they could be out before Christmas, but I’m not sure I’ll make it in time. I have some other work to finish up for another client before I can really let loose on these. However, there’s no reason why I can’t show you some photos processed with them! A few weekends ago Tom and I went to visit friends we met online a few years ago, and during our wonderful stay we visited the Dancing Wings Conservatory! If you happen to like butterflies, you can see photos from another garden Tom and I visited earlier this year here and here. Enjoy!

So pretty! Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids has a butterfly garden in spring, but I always miss it!
I love butterflies, but I’m afraid I’d accidentally smash them if they startled me
Jasmine
These look wonderfully filmic! If I was still using photoshop for processing, I’d be all over them.
Vickie
these are so gorgeous, especially the last two
Mallory
Aw, there’s me hiding behind a butterfly chart! It’s probably best that way.
Jacqueline

Dude. I am right. there. with you. I think I’m like a month overdue for when I said I was going to release my first set of presets. I feel kinda bad but it’s a busy time of year, so I can only hope anyone who’s been waiting for them can understand the delay.
