2011Alice in the Evening Light
Well, Tom and I are preparing for our second Thanksgiving today, this time with our family (specifically Tom’s dad’s side) and we thought we’d change it up a bit with stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and pot pies! And, ahem, another strawberry pie for dessert. But, I didn’t forget about Caturday! So here are some photos of the lovely Alice, taken at Bronwyn’s house last Monday for Thanksgiving. Isn’t her evening light just gorgeous?! The whole apartment lights right up, it’s really breathtaking.

Oh don’t be! Most are painted shut and the neat light reflection is because they are coated with filth on the outside! Still, the pattern of the leaf shadows on the walls and floors in the afternoon is pretty wonderful. I’ll miss that this winter!
