Where I Realize There’s Only 12 Days Left

Can you believe this weekend is Christmas? I keep saying that there are only 12 days left of the 365 Days Spurred project, but then I realize that means there are only 12 days left of 2011. Where did this year go? I feel like it went by so incredibly fast, and so much happened for me, that I really can’t separate memories and events from 2010 and 2011! It also means I should probably start working on my yearly photo recap. =)

Happy Tuesday, everyone.

Weak” July 20th (Day 200)

Recreating and veganizing our old classic favorite tuna casserole. It’s actually really close- but I had the recipe written down for the sauce on the fridge white board and we erased it by mistake. =(

Obvious” July 20th (Day 201)

Even in the scorching heat they cuddle.
They’re so obviously co-dependent.

Sunlight” July 21st (Day 202)

Chains” July 22nd (Day 203)

Binding the sky to the earth.

Annoying” July 23rd (Day 204)

An old friend of mine once told me that he found the sound of ice cubes in hot water, with the popping and cracking, extremely aggravating. Like nails on a chalk board to him. I think everyone has a few sounds or weird things that they find really annoying. (For instance, I hate the sound of cotton being rubbed.)

Robot” July 24th (Day 205)

Forever” July 25th (Day 206)

“I want to remember this forever.”

Spiral” July 26th (Day 207)

Dude, I came to the EXACT same realization today about the yearly photo recap. I was like “When the heck am I going to find the TIME to go through my photos, pick favorites, and write that up?!”

And, guh, I don’t care if it has dairy in it or not — any photo of something orange and ‘cheesy’ being poured liberally over pasta is gonna make me drooooool.

If you remember the recipe for that casserole, I’d love to see it…looks so yummy!
