You may recognize Sarah & Geoff from their winter wonderland engagement, but did I mention they are creatives too? He’s a musician and she’s a writer- so they decided to have their small wedding at the Arts & Letters club in Toronto. House banners bearing coat of arms decorated the walls (almost like a Harry Potter wedding)- it was like we were inside a castle. All the artwork inside, books on the shelves, and photographs- were taken, written, or created by club members themselves, or were about club members. It was as if a little piece of England had found a place in Toronto, a fitting venue for a Canadian and Englishman to tie the knot. Sarah & Geoff kept the evening beautiful and intimate: the rose bridal bouquets came from a small shop down the road from where Sarah’s dad works (he’s been buying her mother flowers from there for years), the music & lyrics on the pages of their custom cake is actually the sheet music from their first dance (and made by long time family friends), and their vows were exchanged over the golden glow of candlelight. Congratulations to Sarah & Geoff, neither distance nor time will keep these lovers apart.
